We value your time and appreciate if you value our time too. Appointments must be cancelled through your client portal. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or you will be charged a late cancellation fee. If you do not show for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a no show fee. Failure to keep your scheduled appointments and/or late cancellations, prevent others from being seen in a timely manner. Thanks in advance for adhering to the policy.
If you do not complete the new client paperwork within 8 hours of the appointment request, the initial appointment request will be cancelled. You may request another appointment after you complete the paperwork.
